History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Kathra alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is her passion

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. Saphara enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Spy work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spy work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
