History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This woman stands a little under 2'11" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Merla took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up morningstar and armor she uses now. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She is wearing a long, green cloak. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover her moderate length silver hair. Her white eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Ea was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ea's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. Her long brown hair reaches down to her waist. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Carter business.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to unite with her brother
