Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'2" and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Heward wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He wants to get laid; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lilli embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents enrolled her in a Ranger school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against illithids

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and further expansion of business

Description: She wears dull green sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed lance, just in case. She carries with her a set of lances on her belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. She sports a flattop hair cut. She has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is greedy
