His green eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker brown hat.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Crown-heir born in the past three hundred years. A true patriot, River would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp.
