History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Damaia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Shava lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
