Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
