History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Engraver. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born to a Masseuse, his father struggled to pay the bills. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Cockaby's homeland. Cockaby decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A freak accident while working with her Healer father left her crippled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
