History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Birel isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Birel grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Birel never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
