Personality: She is a Crown-heir first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it

History: Gilkass was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Sage, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Susannah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
