Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Althaea embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Althaea was a troubled youth.
