History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a brown coat. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her feathered brown hat.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she's looking for her big break
