History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gynk grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gynk. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Heian is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heian grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He bought a spear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
