Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting drow, the young Ownka began to lead the lost caravan. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ownka fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Pikar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and wants to open a new tavern

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
