Personality: She is fixated on the number 23. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Hugolina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hugolina decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing her hectic life and new gardener responsibilities is difficult

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
