Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Willow and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the west to a Bounty Hunter, Silaqui learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
