Personality: Ortegar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Ortegar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
