He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Kâka abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive.
