Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: An older man who does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is lengthy. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. The war was a terrible time for him, and Berrian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his youth he was a Brewer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He keeps his rusty crest in a flapper bob. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Armorer father left him crippled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Valorean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Zykroff's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She takes great joy in being the best Armorer in town.

History: Zykroff was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.
