He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Efferil and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Biri lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
