History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Heskan was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Tanner. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
