History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Traubon has worked very hard to control his curse. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: This late middle aged woman is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time and is in decent physical shape. Her dark red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Her eyes are black and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up work as a Ruler and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.
