Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Through the years after Neega was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
