History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. At a young age her mother died while driving off some gnolls. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in longsword use. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Portia was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: Norkruuth wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Norkruuth was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Norkruuth's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Beggar.
