History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Farmer for hire.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She tends to her Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
