Description: She very much looks the part of a Baker. She carries with her a set of bastard swords, each one with a jet on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She has a very tight haircut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Joan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A gifted student she started as a Banker, but she got bored and became a Engraver. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. He bought a falchion and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to share knowledge with the world
