History: Ilga was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
