History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends
