History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He works hard and plays hard.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: She is a husky woman, who has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her hair is short and silver. She is baby faced.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
