History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'1" when asserting himself. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Nordak is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nordak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gifted student she started as a Sailor, but she got bored and became a Cartwright. She has worked as a Cartwright like her father before her.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: He was born into a rich family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
