Personality: Elizabeth is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. A gifted student she started as a Guard, but she got bored and became a Junk Dealer. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
