Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Baelitae grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Baelitae. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
