His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ortegar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Born in the north to a Miller, Bertram learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He bought a scimitar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions
