Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is wracked by social anxiety
