Description: An older man who is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is still thick. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carpenter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Navigator, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Spear is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his brother

Description: He usually wears his tan robe and has his lance always slung over his shoulder. He has red hair. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Dabbledob abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of goblins
