History: Gilkass lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Tailor, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He very much looks the part of a Cartwright. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently the stress of being a Cartwright has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and sabotage a competitor

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Balimaar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fisher, and he later adopted a second son.
