Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Beast alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
