History: Oppah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents enrolled her in a Commoner school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered gnolls who tried to eat her hand. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
