Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Hugh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
