Description: He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. He carries with him a set of shortbows on his belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Actor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Peren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
