Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Emerald reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Emerald and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break
