History: Born to a Fortune-teller, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Beast was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Beast's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Beast fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gifted student he started as a Sellsword, but he got bored and became a Butcher. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Nala hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
