Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'3" when asserting himself. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Miner profession.

History: Osco was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mason. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
