History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Animal Trainer mother left him crippled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and money/treasure

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
