History: Gifted from a young age, Mijira studied abroad. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
