Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Richard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
