History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Giselle was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
