History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: Shax lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Shax abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: She's in love; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Melissa was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
