When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

History: Malquis lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This slender woman stands about 3'5". She is typically in her Shipwright uniform. Her black hair is still thick. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
