Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Hecat was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
