History: She was born into a rich family. Through the years after Syllin was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Syllin's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has worked as a Layabout like her mother before her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
